come on man, i havnt been on the forums in like almost 5 years. Im a little out of the comfort zone.

anyhow, your torch is on the way to me.

and they had a cool looking holster (didnt say specifically for that torch) that looked like it would hold that model. If i were buying the torch for me i would want it so i ordered that too.

talk to you later

it's here

Hey man, your torch showed up today.

I'm sending it on to you. My wife will drop it off at the post office tomorrow. I didnt want to get my greasy finger prints all over your torch, so i didnt unwrap it. Looks cool through the bubble wrap though. Hope you enjoy it. Let me know when you've sent out the stuff. Thanks man, nice meeting ya, talk to ya on Myspace.

just makin sure you got the e-mail.

Hey, you got a line on any good used ESC's? LOL I have plans for the one we just traded for, but just today, I took my son out to drive the RC10's and one of them just up and quit. I have no idea what happened. I assume its the ESC. I have steering, but no go or ungo (otherwise knows as reverse). The thing is 13 years old, its a Tekin reversible. I liked it.

If I have to replace it, do you have any recomendations. I like the price of used stuff, lol, im broke. I want reversable, and I use 7 cell batts. stock motors, and I think 1 12T. but thats it. nothing fancy, these things are just beaters, and they get beat when the 5 year old and his friend drive them. I spend more time fixin their boo boos than I do drivin my own truck.

The first thing i would check is the connections to the motor and the esc, then i would just try out another motor.

fighting to fling this thread way off topic.

oooo, i didnt even think of the motor going bad. That could be fun.

do you have much experience with 1/10 brushless? (the whole concept is new to me)

What is fast (ie Turns, or KW?) and what should I avoid?

are any of these generic brands on Ebay worth the money, they seem cheap, but if they last i love cheap. lol

since you are a mod, if you want to move this somewhere more appropriate feel free. I am realy getting off topic.

You can always start a new thread and i will move the rest there. Im not into brushless at all but i think my guess would be looking at the kv's.
