What are the red cells? How much capacity do they have and where did you get them?

Why did your front knuckles change color in the second pic?
I like it, but I'm sooo damn sick of Mustangs. I see 50 of them a day.
I'd do it in something a little more exciting (multiple colors, etc.) But it looks much better than I thought they would look like!
Good one.

I like a simple looking paint job, it flatters that body. Man that must be a fast micro. What are run times like with that setup?

Saddle vs. brick

Now that brings up one question: How big are the differences in handling if you compare the brick-cell set up with the saddle- pack one? Has anyone tried both and can give me a clue which one he would recommend?

Thanks in advance

The reason why I went to brick cells is that it saves alot of space...

brick cells are like 20 clowns in a VW, but they cost as much as 20 lawers.

no, that's not true. Armithius was building them for $8 or something like that. I'll find the thread and link to it for this discussion. I think he was taking apart cell phone batts or something to that effect, however, I know he switched back to nicd's because they have much better punch.

Okay, more precisely: What are the differences in handling wether you place your batteries(2/3, Brick, whatever) in the middle of the car (and concentrate the CG right there) or placing them saddle-pack-style? Theoretically the car with the last set up has to do more side-to-side roll, but how does it affect the handling? Saddle- Pack=more oversteer? Or just more grip in corners? Maybe you canīt even notice a change? Just wondering because of plans to buy some GT-style chassis...
